  1. All brand logos, text, product pictures, woven/fabric/leather bag designs, webpage layout, copywriting and tutorial content on this site are exclusive intellectual property of Weave & Hide, protected by international copyright and industrial design laws.
  2. No user may copy, download, reproduce, modify, resell or distribute any website content for commercial use without our written authorization.
  3. All bags sold are original independent handmade designs; we do not sell counterfeit, copycat or infringing goods. If you discover any IP infringement, please contact us promptly.

3. Product Description Disclaimer

We strive to ensure all product images, size, material (woven, cotton, fabric, genuine leather) and color descriptions are accurate. Minor color differences caused by screen resolution, light shooting environment or manual weaving texture deviation are normal and not regarded as product defects. We reserve the right to adjust product specifications without prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

  1. We are only liable for direct product quality damage proven within the warranty scope. We shall not compensate indirect losses including lost profits, business suspension, travel expenses or reputational losses arising from delayed delivery, minor texture difference or customs clearance issues.
  2. We are not responsible for delivery delays, parcel loss or damage caused by uncontrollable factors: customs inspection, Mexican national holidays, extreme weather, carrier logistics failure, customer’s wrong receiving address or missed pickup.
  3. All import taxes, IVA duties, customs clearance fees and remote area surcharges in Mexico shall be fully borne by the buyer as stipulated in our Shipping Policy. We only provide complete commercial invoices for customs declaration and do not cover any tax cost.
