Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship all handbags (woven, cotton, fabric & leather bags) to all states across Mexico.
We currently do not support shipping to other countries temporarily.
2. Processing Time
- All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or Mexican public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Custom woven/leather bag orders require 3–7 business days for production before shipment.
3. Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days after dispatch
Express Shipping: 3–6 business days after dispatch
Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, remote address, holiday peak season or extreme weather, we do not take responsibility for uncontrollable delays.
4. Shipping Cost
- Standard Shipping
- Order under $80 USD: Flat shipping fee of $9.99 USD
- Order over $80 USD: Free standard shipping nationwide in Mexico
- Express Shipping
Fixed extra fee $14.99 USD for all order amounts.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send a tracking number to your registered email.
You can track real-time logistics status on our website "Track Order" page.
If you cannot get tracking info within 5 days after shipment, please contact us via Contáctanos page.
6. Customs & Import Duties
All product prices do NOT include Mexican import tax, customs duties or administrative fees.
Customers shall bear all customs-related charges generated during delivery. We will provide complete commercial invoice for customs clearance.
7. Undeliverable & Returned Parcels
- Wrong address, unreachable recipient or missed pickup leading to package return: customers need to pay a reshipping fee for second delivery.
- Damaged or lost parcels caused by logistics carrier: provide photos of package outer box and goods within 48 hours after receipt, we support resend or partial refund according to logistics compensation rules.
8. Remote Areas Notice
Remote towns and border areas in Mexico will add an extra remote delivery surcharge of $5.99 USD, which will be displayed at checkout before payment.
